Allston

Our cafe in Allston is home to our bagel bakery. Following time-tested traditions, our bagels take a full three days to make, a process that gives them a nice crust and doughy center. Our dough is made from scratch, shaped, kettle boiled, and finally baked in a stone hearth oven the morning of delivery to each Pavement location, so they're fresh every day. We also bake our own brioche and focaccia bread! On the other side of the bakery is a sunny cafe that serves breakfast, lunch, and the best coffee and espresso in Allston.
