Jhon Fredi Cruz comes from a family of sustainable coffee farmers. This award winning coffee presents balanced notes of milk chocolate and juicy green apple.
Jhon Fredi Cruz is a third generation coffee farmer, whose siblings and parents also grow coffee on neighboring farms in the Huila region of the beautiful Colombian Andes. The family works together to use environmentally sustainable practices to produce their coffee, including producing their own full spectrum bio-fertilizer called Super-Magro made from by-products of their farms.
With these meticulous farming practices, it's no surprise that this coffee placed in the Acevedo Cup—a coffee quality competition for producers in and around the Acevedo Municipality in Huila, Colombia hosted by importer Collaborative Coffee Source and exporter Fairfield Trading.
