Zaperoco - Nariño, Colombia
$16.99
Many local producers in Buesaco Nariño contributed to this coffee.
Lots from various farms were chosen based on their exceptional quality. Since there was no single farm or cooperative to name this coffee after, it was decided that it would be called "Zaperoco" - after a nightclub in Cali frequented by coffee industry folks. Given that our house blend is named after a notorious Boston rock club, it seemed fitting that we should embrace this excellent coffee named after a club in Colombia.
We Taste: Milk Chocolate, Candied Lemon, Black Tea
