Many producers contributed to this coffee from their small farms in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia. These small lots were expertly selected and blended by Anna Beatriz Bahamon, QC Manager at Fairfield Trading, and then sent off to be decaffeinated. The EA decaffeination process produces some of the best decaf coffees we've had (including this one!) with loads of sweetness and fruit.
