Harvest Season: March - April Santa Barbara is one of the largest coffee producing regions in Honduras and is known for producing consistently high quality, sought-after coffees. Danny Moreno, the farmer responsible for this coffee, is one of the seven brothers from the well-known specialty coffee producing Moreno family. Starting in 1963 with their father, Daniel, the Moreno family has embraced growing and processing specialty coffee as shown by the farms run by Daniel’s seven sons and their collectively owned wet mill.
