This is where our story began in 1999. It’s where we developed our bagel-making process (at our since remodeled bagel shop named Bagel Rising) and refined it over the years to what it is today.
We’ve always loved this neighborhood and its artistic vibe. It’s said to be the only community in the United States named for an artist---the painter Washington Allston.
