This is our first of two Indian coffees we've sourced, and we're excited to be a part of this wave of innovation!
India is a cool, up-and-coming place for specialty coffee right now due to a lot of producers experimenting with new techniques to achieve some outstanding results.
The Ginimao estate has a focus on the balance between tradition and innovation—preserving the local biodiversity while using new technology to improve cup quality. This coffee rewards the drinker with an excellent balance of black tea notes, moderate acidity, and just a hint of spice.
