Product description
This community lot is our very first from Ecuador, and was sourced from the Chito community in the mountains of the southeastern province of Zamora Chinchipe very close to the Ecuador-Peru border.

We were initially drawn to this coffee's bright acidity, which is rounded out by its natural sweetness, and we've emphasized these traits with a roast that is light but well developed. This coffee is delightfully distinctive for a multi-producer lot, and we look forward to seeing how this project develops in the future.

Producer: Multiple producers in the Chito community
Origin: Chito, Ecuador
Processing: Washed
Elevation: 1600-1800 m.
Varieties: Sarchimor, Caturra, SL28, Catimor, Castillo
Roast: Light

Brew Notes:

Miraflores is a light roast single origin coffee that is great as drip coffee, french press, cold brew, or any other brew method.
