We're so happy to have our first coffee from Brazil in several years back! A wonderfully complex, fruit-forward coffee from producer Catarina Kim.
In 2012, Jung Han Kim bought Fazenda São Sebastião, an unproductive farm- mostly fields of grass for cattle and milk production. Since then, one million coffee trees have been planted on the farm. In 2017 Jung Han Kim's daughter Catarina Kim joined the team and began implementing a range of new processing methods to improve quality and diversify the flavor profiled of their coffees.
This single-variety lot comes from 100% Mundo Novo coffee plants, and was processed using the "volcanic method" meaning the coffee cherries were piled in the shape of a volcano to ferment for 48 hours before being spread out to dry. The result is wonderfully complex and fruit-forward!

In order to ensure the coffee you receive is as fresh as possible, we may wait until our next roast of that coffee before we send it to you (generally no more than two weekdays).
Free shipping is available for all U.S. orders over $25.

Items eligible for return include merchandise, defective product, and any equipment sold by Pavement Coffeehouse.
Items not eligible for return include product purchased through a third party and items where any amount of the purchase price has been paid by or through a third party.
RETURNS
Pavement Coffeehouse has a 14 day return policy for all eligible items and orders. The 14 day return window is from the date of delivery of your item to the date you ship it back to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return you must contact us first at roastery@pavementcoffee.com.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit, depending on your card issuer's processing time and policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund and we provide a return shipping label, the cost of return shipping, will be deducted from your refund.
