Many of our favorite coffees come from Ethiopia, and we particularly love the sweet, juicy, melon-y coffees from Jimma.

Genji Challa is a washing station of the Kata Muduga Farmers Cooperative Union. 723 small crop farmers are members and bring their coffee to this station. Since beginning operations in 2018, Genji Challa  has become known to coffee pros and connoisseurs around the world for delicious, clean, bright coffees like this one!

SHIPPING POLICY

In order to ensure the coffee you receive is as fresh as possible, we may wait until our next roast of that coffee before we send it to you (generally no more than two weekdays).

Free shipping is available for all U.S. orders over $25.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We encourage you to contact us directly at roastery@pavementcoffee.com.

Items eligible for return include merchandise, defective product, and any equipment sold by Pavement Coffeehouse.

Items not eligible for return include product purchased through a third party and items where any amount of the purchase price has been paid by or through a third party.

RETURNS

Pavement Coffeehouse has a 14 day return policy for all eligible items and orders. The 14 day return window is from the date of delivery of your item to the date you ship it back to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return you must contact us first at roastery@pavementcoffee.com.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit, depending on your card issuer's processing time and policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund and we provide a return shipping label, the cost of return shipping, will be deducted from your refund.
