Distinctive Single Origin Coffees

We take pride in our distinctive microlots—coffees that present the unique traits of their particular regions, farms, and production methods. Each single origin coffee is thoughtfully roasted to enhance its best qualities, from sparkly fruit and floral notes to deep chocolate and spice.

Artfully Crafted Blends

We select and combine complementary coffees, always working towards a goal of balance: Rathskeller features light acidity rounded out by subtle sweetness; Three of Cups is complex yet harmonious; Pavement Dark’s chocolatey base is brightened up with a pop of jammy fruit. Each blend is roasted to enhance the intended balance in the cup, and we never let a heavy-handed roast overpower the blend.

Freshness and Seasonality

We source our coffees seasonally and roast them fresh to ensure the best flavor. We follow the harvest schedule and swap fresh coffees in and out of blends while maintaining the consistent profiles our customers love. While we are able to source a handful of single origin coffees as year-round offerings, we also offer a dynamic list of microlots, so there is always something new and exciting.
