Here's how it works:
You choose how many shipments you'd like to give:
- 3 shipments
- 5-6 shipments*
- 10-12 shipments*
Each shipment contains two 12 oz. boxes.
*Exact number of deliveries will depend upon the coffee plan selected by the gift recipient.
We will send a gift notification email to your recipient, prompting them to choose their own coffee plan:
- Medium Roast Blends (Rathskeller Blend, Three of Cups, or a seasonal blend)
- Pavement Dark Only (Our dark roast)
- Single Origin Plan (light to medium roast).
...and grind option (or whole bean):
- Whole bean
- Coarse (french press, cold brew)
- Medium (drip coffee maker, pour over)
- Fine (moka pot, espresso)
...and delivery frequency!
The gift recipient will select their coffee/delivery options and enter their own shipping information. As long as you know their email address, you can send a gift subscription!
US coffee subscriptions ship for free!
SHIPPING POLICY
In order to ensure the coffee you receive is as fresh as possible, we may wait until our next roast of that coffee before we send it to you (generally no more than two weekdays).
Free shipping is available for all U.S. orders over $25.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We encourage you to contact us directly at roastery@pavementcoffee.com.
Items eligible for return include merchandise, defective product, and any equipment sold by Pavement Coffeehouse.
Items not eligible for return include product purchased through a third party and items where any amount of the purchase price has been paid by or through a third party.
RETURNS
Pavement Coffeehouse has a 14 day return policy for all eligible items and orders. The 14 day return window is from the date of delivery of your item to the date you ship it back to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return you must contact us first at roastery@pavementcoffee.com.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit, depending on your card issuer's processing time and policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund and we provide a return shipping label, the cost of return shipping, will be deducted from your refund.
