Many of our favorite coffees come from Ethiopia - we love the clean, juicy, natural sundried coffees from Guji.

Dambi Uddo is the new drying station from general manager and owner Ture Waji. While the drying station is brand new, Ture brings a ton of experience to the project. He was formerly the general manager of Mormora, responsible for processing our favorite natural Ethiopian coffee of last year.

This is a relatively new region for coffee growing, so the local people are producing on forest-farms with young coffee trees (6-7 years). We love the strawberry jam and dried fruit flavors that we taste in this coffee, and we can't wait to see where the project goes!

Shoondhisa is a light roast single origin coffee that is great as drip coffee, french press, cold brew, or any other brew method—even espresso, if you're feeling adventurous!
