At Pavement, our goal is to provide our customers with great service, quality goods, and delicious coffee. We want you to be happy with your experience, so we work hard to make sure our return policies reflect that.

Whole Bean Coffee - Because coffee is perishable and roasted to order, we cannot accept returns on whole bean coffee. But we're here to help! If there was an error with your order, please contact us at roastery@pavementcoffee.com within 30 days of your purchase. If you were dissatisfied with your order, our team will help to resolve the issue and make things right.

When will my order ship? Standard orders received before 4:00 p.m. EST will be shipped within two business days. On occasion, one of our delivery carriers may suspend their normal business operations. On such occasions, there may be a brief delay before your order ships.
