Bookkisa is a community in Guji's Shakisso district, where coffee is grown on small farms at high elevation.
At the nearby Weessi washing station, managed by Ture Waji of Sookoo Coffee, careful washed processing brings out clarity and vibrancy in the cup.
Affectionately called the "King of Guji," Ture has played a central role in elevating coffees from this region. Through Sookoo is best known for naturals, washed lots like this one show another side of Guji—juicy and floral with a citrusy sparkle.

In order to ensure the coffee you receive is as fresh as possible, we may wait until our next roast of that coffee before we send it to you (generally no more than two weekdays).
Free shipping is available for all U.S. orders over $25.

Items eligible for return include merchandise, defective product, and any equipment sold by Pavement Coffeehouse.
Items not eligible for return include product purchased through a third party and items where any amount of the purchase price has been paid by or through a third party.
RETURNS
Pavement Coffeehouse has a 14 day return policy for all eligible items and orders. The 14 day return window is from the date of delivery of your item to the date you ship it back to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return you must contact us first at roastery@pavementcoffee.com.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit, depending on your card issuer's processing time and policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund and we provide a return shipping label, the cost of return shipping, will be deducted from your refund.
